Bill Taylor, a lifelong resident of Peterborough, lives on Old Town Farm, a property that has been in his family for a century. Bill has developed a true interest in preserving open space in the Monadnock Region, while at the same time preserving the rights of citizens to have the choice of how to utilize their own properties.Bill's strong connection to the area affords him a wide range of resources which ensures smooth real estate transactions with the goal of keeping buyers and sellers satisfied after the sale. Having grown up maintaining rental properties and farmland, Bill has an in-depth knowledge of structures, systems, landscapes and overall property condition. This has proved to be an invaluable tool in assisting buyers and sellers. He has a genuine interest in seeing his clients through the difficulties and triumphs of the home buying or selling process and maintains that interest long after the sale.
Personal info: When Bill is not negotiating contracts and finding the perfect property he can be found on the region's beautiful lakes year round, boating, fishing through the ice, snowmobiling and four wheeling. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Bill was the National Sales Manager for Jaffrey Fire Protection/Armored Textiles. In that capacity, he was responsible for setting up and maintaining a national sales force consisting of manufacturers representatives and territory managers. Bill had contracts with the City of Chicago, Jacksonville, San Diego, and many others while at the same time managing a territory of 13 states in the Northeast.
