Bill Taylor, a lifelong
resident of Peterborough, lives on Old Town Farm, a property that has been in
his family for a century. Bill has developed a true interest in preserving open
space in the Monadnock Region, while at the same time preserving the rights of
citizens to have the choice of how to utilize their own properties. Bill's
strong connection to the area affords him a wide range of resources which
ensures smooth real estate transactions with the goal of keeping buyers and
sellers satisfied after the sale. Having grown up maintaining rental properties
and farmland, Bill has an in-depth knowledge of structures, systems, landscapes
and overall property condition. This has proven to be an invaluable tool in
assisting buyers and sellers. He has a genuine interest in seeing his clients
through the difficulties and triumphs of the home buying or selling process and
maintains that interest long after the sale.
Personal info: When Bill is not negotiating
contracts and finding the perfect property, you may spot him on a tractor
maintaining fields or helping out with his brother's stonework business. Bill
